Three centuries of know-how.
By the end of the 19th century, in 1892 to be precise, Octave Prégardien started to work as a glazier for a living. Never would he have thought the influence this decision would have on the three generations to come. Glass technology and all the touch, precision and accuracy that goes with it would then be part of the history of the PREGARDIEN family for a while.
Standing in the suburbs of Liège, the company is now managed by the fourth generation. Although the company remains family-owned, Vincent, Pierre and Philippe Prégardien offer SPRIMOGLASS
two new dimensions: international and industrial.
Positioning their activity on the international marketplace, their production is sold throughout Europe but also in the rest of the world.
The company becomes an industry that enlarges its workplace: from 6300sqm in 1989 to 12,000sqm in 1992. In 1995 comes a laminated glass assembly line; three years later the surface will be 18,000sqm and Sprimoglass deals with new activities: tempering, bevelling, screening…
This factory is considered as one of the most modern and performing throughout Europe
